顾安忠，男，汉族，1939年7月出生于上海市
上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院教授，博士生导师，享受政府特殊津贴 1962年毕业于上海交通大学船舶动力系，并就职于上海交通大学。1986年任副教授，1993年任教授，1994年被批准为博士生导师。1982年至1985年在美国伊利诺理工学院（IIT）和美国燃气工艺研究院（IGT）作访问学者。
曾任上海交通大学制冷与低温工程研究所副所长，工程热物理研究所副所长，制冷与低温工程系主任以及国际制冷学会低温气体液化分离委员会委员，中国制冷学会理事、低温专业委员会委员，上海市制冷学会常务理事、低温专业委员会主任。现任上海交通大学液化天然气与新能源技术发展中心主任，上海安恩吉新能源技术公司董事长，中国LNG行业协会秘书长。
从事制冷和低温工程的教学和科研工作45年，指导博士生20名，硕士生24名，三名博士后的联系教授。主要研究方向有低温气体液化、分离、贮运技术，液化天然气技术和工业气体的应用技术。
