Mr Willie Chan specialises in the areas of Energy and Environment such as Smart Grids, Electric Vehicles, Energy Visualization and Management, and other related areas. Under NEC, he was responsible for the overall growth strategy and business development as well as P&L for the Environment and Energy Division specialising in energy metering, energy storage, electric mobility and energy management systems for Southeast Asia, India, Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Chan is part of the Core Strategy Team. Based in Singapore, he works closely with the strategy partners in Southeast Asia on their country's strategy campaign. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, he was tasked to lead and set up the Smart Energy and Environment business in the Asia-Pacific region with NEC. Mr Chan has certifications from the Project Management Institute, Thunderbird School of Management and Miller Heiman Sales Performance Company.
