Mr Paul Kennedy has over 25 years of experience in the oil refining industry, and over 15 years of working experience in Asia, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia, China and Japan.

Mr Kennedy leads business development in Asia, supports and manages consulting projects and manages the Asia operations. Prior to joining Solomon in 2011, he was Senior Vice President for Asia Consulting at KBC for six years, during which time he led significant growth in Asia-based resources and operations revenue. Before that, he managed and executed numerous consultancy assignments including refinery performance analysis, opportunity identification and implementation, process design, planning and simulation. Mr Kennedy also spent five years managing onsite implementation and continuing improvement projects. Prior to 1990, he worked for Amoco as a Process Engineer at its UK refinery in planning and scheduling, partner allocations, advanced process control, unit operation, and technical services. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Loughborough, England.
