Seth is a seasoned infrastructure professional with over 22 years of experience in infrastructure investments, project and M&A advisory & financing and client coverage. His experience spans across a broad spectrum of infrastructure, including oil & gas, thermal power & renewables, utilities, mining, railway and commercial real estate infrastructure, over a large geographical coverage including Southeast Asia, China, India, Australia, Africa, Europe and the Latin America region. Prior to his role as Executive Director (Infrastructure Asia), he has helmed leadership roles in DBS Bank, BNP Paribas, Standard Bank, and Babcock & Brown, and was based overseas in China, Australia, Hong Kong.

Mr. Naoki Toda is Chief Economist of Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) Research Institute since 2016.

He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University and joined TEPCO in 1985. He held several management positions in the Corporate Planning Office of TEPCO Holdings, mainly responsible for the regulatory reform of Electricity Supply Industry.

He is an expert of Power System Economics and the first and only qualified person after TEPCO introduced the S-Class Specialist system.

In 2017, Mr. Toda jointly published a book "Utility 3.0: Game change in energy industry 2050". He has also co-authored several books regarding electric power systems.

Masakazu Toyoda has been Chairman and CEO since 2010 at the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ) which has been ranked among Top-3 energy and resource policy think tanks for five consecutive years, in Global Go To Think Tank Index Reports by University of Pennsylvania.

In addition, as a member of Strategic Policy Committee of Agency for Natural Resources and Energy (ANRE) of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan, he contributed compiling the Fifth Strategic Energy Plan which was approved by the Cabinet in July 2018.

Making good use of these experiences, he lectures about Energy Study as an Adjunctive Professor at National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo

He also serves as an international advisor to a number of institutions such as the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC), Accenture, the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (OIES), the Pacific International Center for High Technology Research Center (PICHTR), and the Brunei National Energy Research Institute (BNERI).

Prior to joining IEEJ, he served at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan where he held prominent positions namely Vice-Minister for International Affairs.

King-Jet Tseng was born in Singapore and received B.Eng. (First Class) and M.Eng. from National University of Singapore, and Ph.D. from Cambridge University in England. He has more than 25 years of academic, research, industrial and professional experience in electrical power and energy systems. He has been the Head of Power Engineering Division in Nanyang Technological University and the Board Member of the Singapore Green Building Council. He co-founded the Singapore-Berkeley Building Efficiency and Sustainability for the Tropics (SinBerBEST) program and the Electrical Power Systems Integration Laboratory @ NTU, a Rolls-Royce research facility. He has graduated more 30 PhD students, published more than 300 papers and inspired a number of technology start-up companies. He is a Fellow of IET, a Fellow of IES and registered as Chartered Engineer with UK Engineering Council. Currently, he is the Professor and Program Director of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Singapore Institute of Technology, and concurrently also the Deputy Cluster Director of Applied Research in Engineering.
