Singapore-IRENA High-Level Forum
 

Key announcements were made by Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry, at the second High-Level Forum. These included the new bilateral collaborations with Cambodia, completion of the upgrade of the Malaysia-Singapore interconnectors and a US-Singapore Grid Study.

IRENA Director-General Francesco La Camera also launched an afternoon of engaging panel discussions on green financing and decarbonisation opportunities.

Singapore is entering new G2G collaborations to facilitate cross-border power trading projects as a means to further regional cooperation to achieve its ambitious climate goals by 2050.
