The recent growth in smart technology solutions, Internet of Things (IoT), and an increased decentralised energy resources has seen consumer behaviour playing a bigger role in shaping the roadmap towards sustainability, and in the evolution of smart grid systems. This discussion will look at the relationship between an efficient consumer energy management technology & system and smart grid technologies, and its impact in advancing the energy transition.
