About ACES
The Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES) is South East Asia’s leading event focusing on clean energy technology, policy and finance supported by leading government agencies, research institutes and industry in Singapore. It provides a common platform for regional thought leaders in both the public and private sector to collaborate on critical issues and opportunities in harnessing clean energy for the future.
ACES comprises of two flagship events; PV Asia & RE Asia, that cover the entire range of developments around clean energy. It also includes the plenary session; the Clean Energy Leaders Dialogue. The Clean Energy Leaders’ Dialogue is a high-level forum for top-level executives who are the influencers in clean energy technology adoption.
PV Asia focuses on the perspectives of PV project development and system ownership, as well as solar investment and financing. PV Asia specifically includes the Solarising Singapore, PV Asia Financial Summit, and PV Scientific Conference.
RE Asia Conference brings together academics, researchers, professional engineers, government policy makers, and business professionals from the domains of Renewable Energy Integration, Offshore Renewable Energy; Micro-grids, Smart Grids & Energy Storage; and Grid Interactions of Electromobility.
ACES was held on the 28th and 29th of October 2014 and saw more than 800 participants and speakers from 19 countries attend. Held as part of the Singapore International Energy Week, ACES is organised by SEAS, and co-organised by the Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) and the Solar Energy Research .Institute of Singapore (SERIS).
