Liang Ting Wee, born in 1970, is a graduate from the National University of Singapore, Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (First Class Honours).
He joined TotalEnergies in 2012 as a Senior Strategy Analyst—first with the Marketing & Services branch in Singapore, followed by an assignment with the Group Strategy department in Paris. In September 2013, he was Vice President, Strategy and Development, in charge of Asia Pacific growth strategy for the Marketing & Services division. His responsibilities included commercial and investment priorities for activities in lubricants, service stations, LPG and fuels.
From September 2015 to July 2019, Mr Liang was based in Beijing as President of TotalEnergies (China) Investment, managing the Marketing and Services business activities in the country. In August 2019, he returned to Singapore as Vice President, Indian Ocean and South Pacific where his responsibility included leadership over 13 affiliates in the region.
In October 2020, he was appointed President, TotalEnergies Asia-Pacific & Middle-East - Marketing & Services. Mr Liang is a member of the Management Committee of Marketing & Services.
